I am a 34 year-old married man who lives in Slidell, LA with my wife Julie, and our 5 year-old daughter
Skai Rachel Ann Buckley. The "2GRITS" in the title of my website stands for: 2 Girls Raised In The South.
That's my wife and our daughter! I work at Best Buy electronics store in Slidell, and I'm in the media section
with the videogames and movies. It's right "up my alley" because I love movies and videogames very much! I'm hooked
on the X-Box now. It's really the best gaming console out there now. I collect movie and TV-related toys and memorabilia.
I've been a collector of movie posters for over 20 years now.

I mostly grew up in and around the area of Lafayette, LA in "cajun country" of southwest Louisiana.
I was born in Natchitoches, LA, and ended up finishing high school and college in that "hometown" of mine. I went to
Natchitoches Central my junior and senior years of high school, and graduated in 1990. I then attended and graduated
from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA in 1995 with a Bachelor Of Science degree in Advertising Design.
I am now settled in Slidell, LA with my wife and daughter.

It wasn't a real band, just an idea we had. We just messed around with my cheap electric guitar and had fun.
